Let me start off with, I am a super busy individual that truly does not know how to take time for myself, most especially to meditate or allow someone to help “ease” my overactive and crazy mind.

I gave it a shot and it’s one of the best things I could’ve done! I felt so many different things during my session and after my session I felt so much “lighter” and my migraine had decreased quite a bit.

It was so amazing to finally recognize some feelings and issues I had that could be the cause of the migraines and other bodily issues I’ve been experiencing.

I recently had a much-needed Reiki and Sound Healing session with Liria l and it was life-giving! This was my first time receiving Reiki and I wasn't sure what to expect, but she made the process comfortable.
