‘‘I am a super busy individual that truly does not know how to take time for myself, most especially to meditate or allow someone to help “ease” my overactive and crazy mind. My sister has talked to me for YEARS about self-care. I recently had a private sound bath with reiki session by Liria and it was so relaxing that I fell asleep almost immediately and slept the entire time.
